Rehearsal
1000 – Commonwealth Military Band to set up chairs, stands and percussion instruments*
1100 – Rehearsal for Band 1 – Whitley Secondary School
1115 – Rehearsal for Band 2 – Commonwealth Secondary School
1130 – Rehearsal for Band 3 – Pioneer Secondary School
1145 – Rehearsal for Band 4 – Ang Mo Kio Secondary School
1200 – Rehearsal for Band 5 – Singapore Chinese Girls’ School
1215 – Rehearsal for Band 6 – Xinmin Secondary School
1230 – Lunch**
1330 – Junior Bands Tune Up
1345 – Presentation for Parents

Showtime
1400 – Band 1 – Whitley Secondary School
1415 – Band 2 – Commonwealth Secondary School
1430 – Band 3 – Pioneer Secondary School
1445 – Band 4 – Ang Mo Kio Secondary School
1500 – Band 5 – Singapore Chinese Girls’ School
1515 – Band 6 – Xinmin Secondary School
1530 – Concert Ends  Refreshments / Photo Taking
1615 – Depart for respective schools***

*As CSS is the host, they will provide all percussion instruments. Band directors, if your
music requires any unique auxiliary percussion, kindly bring it on your own.

**Teachers In Charge, kindly cater lunch for your individual school.

***We highly encourage all students to return to school to pack up and debrief as a band.
We want to discourage “divas” from thinking they do not need to help pack up. However, if
a parent insist on bringing their child straight home, we will leave it to your discretion.
